"Alex came to our house and within the first few minutes of meeting Hank told us he was not a lost cause and he just needed a confidence boost. He recommended the 4-week training program and during those 4 weeks Alex checked in every few days. He would post pictures, promptly respond to the comments I left, and even text me little updates when I asked. We took Hank home on Monday (2/8) and we have seen such a change in him! He no longer barks at every single loud car or truck, the delivery people, or visitors. He doesn’t pull on the leash while we walk and comes when he is called. Hank is still Hank just a less nervous and skittish version. We cannot thank Alex enough for giving Hank the confidence and the structure he needed.
